Cookie Policy

Effective date: 22 September 2026

This Cookie Policy explains which cookies the Ultra Radiance customer portal uses and why. It covers the customer portal only (the application you are using right now) — our separate marketing website may use cookies of its own, described in its own policy there.

Our approach: essential cookies only

The Ultra Radiance Portal currently uses essential cookies only — the small number of cookies strictly necessary to let you securely sign in, stay signed in, and use the portal safely. We do not use any analytics, advertising, marketing or other non-essential tracking cookies, and we do not embed any third-party tracking script or pixel.

Because only essential cookies are in use, UK cookie law does not require us to show a cookie consent banner, and we have deliberately not added one — an unnecessary banner would only add friction without giving you any real choice, since essential cookies cannot be switched off without breaking the ability to sign in at all. If that ever changes — for example, if we introduce optional analytics in future — we will add a proper consent banner (with reject as easy as accept) before any non-essential cookie is set, and update this page.

Essential cookies we use

CookiePurposeDuration
authjs.session-tokenKeeps you signed in and identifies your account securely. Set by Auth.js (our authentication system) when you log in.Session / until sign-out
authjs.csrf-tokenProtects login and other forms against cross-site request forgery.Session
authjs.callback-urlRemembers where to return you to after signing in.Session

These are all first-party cookies, marked HttpOnly and Secure in production, and are never used to track you across other websites.

Cookies we do not use

We do not use, and this portal does not set:

  • Analytics cookies (e.g. Google Analytics)
  • Advertising or retargeting cookies
  • Social media tracking pixels
  • Any third-party marketing cookie

Managing cookies

Because the cookies above are essential to signing in, there is no in-portal preference toggle to disable them — disabling them in your browser will simply prevent you from staying signed in. You can still view, manage or delete cookies at any time using your browser’s own settings.

Changes to this policy

If we ever introduce a non-essential cookie, we will update this page, describe the new cookie here, and add a proper consent mechanism before it is set — never retroactively.
